137	5 October	01:20	Railway Line, Pukerua Bay	Called to trees on fire 0.5 km south of Pukerua Bay by the main Trunk railway line. Vegetation on fire by the tracks was extinguished with one high pressure hose reel.
136	2 October	18:12	Airlie Road, Plimmerton	Called with Paekakariki 361 and Tawa 331 to a house fire believed to be extinguished. After examination an extinguished fire was discovered. No action taken by brigade.

133	12 September	07:07	School Road, Plimmerton	Called with Porirua 311 to a House Fire. Upon arrival one room in an empty house under construction was ablaze. The fire was extinguished with 1 HP hose reel and a crew in BA. Police and Fire Safety officers attended to investigate cause.

55	13 March	10:45	Mana Esplinade, Mana	Called to a gas leak resulting from a car colliding with a gas main behind the Paremata New World supermarket. On arrival found a relatively minor leak and no-one hurt. Controlled scene until the gas company arrived to take over.
54	12 March	06:44	Muri Road, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 311 to a fire alarm at the Pukerua Bay telephone exchange. No fire was found - defective alarm apparatus caused the call.
53	11 March	17:29	Castor Crescent, Cannons Creek	Redirected from Porirua station to a mjor scrub fire with numerous other appliances and two helicopters. Plimmerton 351 was given the task of protecting a row of houses on Castor Cres downwind from the main fire front. After speaking with householders we ran a feeder from the street down a very steep hill to in front of the base of the fire. Liased with Bush Fire and other units. Helicopters with monsoon buckets eventually extinguished the fire. Made up equipment and carried it up the hill.

51	6 March	16:48	State Highway One, Whenua Tapu	Called with Porirua 317 and ambulance to (another) RTC on the Airlee Road / SH1 intersection. No-one was injured. Assisted other services.
50	6 March	08:37	State Highway One, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 317 and ambulance to a RTC (road traffic crash) at the same location as Call 49 (below). Found a truck vs. car, with 5 people (including three children) injured, some critically. Worked with other personnel on scene to free victims and treat their injuries until they could be evacuated to hospital, some by helicopter. Worked with towtruck crews to seperate the truck and car, and re-open SH1.
49	6 March	01:04	State Highway One, Pukerua Bay	Called with Paekakariki 361 by multiple "111" calls to a large scrub fire, reportedly in the same location as Call 13 (below). Turnout was delayed due to defective apparatus. Requested additional backup from Porirua. On arrival found large scrub fire, very similar to Call 13. Established helicopter filling point and command point in carpark below fire. With reports of three houses in immediate critical danger plus the possible need to pump water from the sea to fill the helicopter monsoon buckets, 351 O/C requested that a total of ten pumps be dispatched to the scene. As it became clear that houses were not endangered and the helicopters could fill directly from the sea the turnout was reduced, and pumps on scene were progressively released. Fire was extinguished by helicopters and the Bush Fire Force.
48	5 March	18:17	State Highway One, Paremata	Called with Porirua 311 to a diesel spill on State Highway One on the Paremata roundabout. Porirua 311 traced source of spill to a bus in the Paremata railway station carpark, and learned that spill extended north as far as the Plimmerton weigh station. Plimmerton 351 travelled to the northern end of the spill and followed it south checking and dealing with areas of significant spillage. Organised council sand truck for final cleanup.
47	5 March	01:05	Pukerua Bay shops, Pukerua Bay	Called to a fire in a telephone booth. On arrival found fire had gone out with minor damage to the payphone.
46	4 March	15:23	Muri railway station, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 311 to pine needles on fire on railway tracks. Found small fire, extinguished using high pressure hose. Probably caused by sparks from train brakes.
45	3 March	01:29	State Highway One, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 317 to a Road Traffic Crash. On arrival found that one vehicle had rolled on a corner, the only occupant having already climbed out of the wreckage. Searched vehicle and surrounding area, isolated car electrical systems, swept and washed down roadway. Assisted towtruck.

39	27 February	00:25	Motokaraka Point, Pauatahanui	Called to a car fire. Saw that car was fully involved in fire from 2km away. A very hot fire was extinguished using a high pressure hosereel by crew wearing Breathing Apparatus (BA). Liased with police.
38	26 February	18:38	Whenua Tapu, SH 1	Called with Porirua 317 to an MVA with persons reported trapped. Upon arrival, no one was injured and the vehicles were clear of the road. No action was required.
37	25 February	19:05	Mana Esplanade, Mana	Called with Porirua 311 to a scrub fire next to the railway tracks adjacent to Mana Esplanade. Found an area of weeds & scrub on fire, got to work with one high pressure delivery. While damping down hotspots a rather roasted marijuana plant was found (!). Crew strangely giggly during trip back to station...

30	15 February	06:22	State Highway One, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 317 to a motor vehicle crash with persons reported trapped. On arrival found a two car crash with one person trapped and injured and another injured. Closed State Highway One for duration of incident. Worked with hydraulic cutting equipment from Porirua 317 (a specialist "ET" emergency tender) to free trapped victim, working with ambulance and police. Cleared and washed down roadway.
29	13 February	12:31	Pukerua Bay area	Called to smell of smoke, Pukerua Bay area (because of still-in-force Total Fire Ban). Found nothing, so checked Pukerua Bay beach. Nothing found there either.
28	12 February	22:47	Pukerua Bay Railway Station	Called to a car fire. Arrived to find car fully involved in fire. Crew wearing Breathing Apparatus extinguished it using a high pressure hosereel.
27	12 February	22:12	Plimmerton Beach	Called to a fire on the beach. Found an illegal bonfire (the total fire ban is still in force) and, after discussion with the people present, extinguished it with shovels & sand.
26	12 February	19:08	State Highway One	Called with Wellington Free Ambulance to a medical emergency. We were K28'd (turned back) before arriving at the scene.
25	12 February	16:55	Ocean Parade, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 311 to a scrub fire. 311 was delayed by very heavy traffic at the Paremata roundabout. Plimmerton 351 found that the fire was out on arrival.
24	12 February	03:51	SH1 near Fishermans Table Restaurant, Paekakariki	Called with Paekakariki 361, Paraparaumu 371 and 377 to a Motor vehicle Crash reported against the sea wall. 361 reported all persons accounted for so other responding appliances were returned to station before arrival.
23	3 February	09:30	SH1 and Witford Brown Rd, Papakowhai	Called with Porirua 311 and 317 to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of SH1 and Witford Brown Road. 351 was later not required and returned to station before arrival at the scene
22	2 February	16:47	Hongoeka Road, Plimmerton	Alerted to investigate the smell of smoke in the Hongoeka Bay area. No fire was discovered after a search of the area.
21	2 February	14:31	Puatahanui	Called with Porirua 311, Porirua 317 and ambulance by police to a motor vehicle crash with people trapped. The initial location given, "Porirua end Grays Road" proved inaccurate... there was no sign of an accident anywhere on Grays Road. After an extensive search the vehicle was located on SH58 about 1km west of Puatahanui. No persons were found trapped (or even present) on arrival, but the vehicle was on fire. After liasing with Porirua 317 we were released to return to Plimmerton.

19	29 January	21:35	Moana Rd, Plimmerton	Called to an illegal bonfire on the beach at Plimmerton. Extinguished a small fire with hose reel.
18	28 January	17:54	Plimmerton Beach, Plimmerton	Called with Wellington Free Ambulance to a medical emergency. Due to patient confidentiality we cannot release further information.
17	27 January	14:03	Cabin Lane, Whitby	Called with Porirua 317, Porirua 312 and Johnsonville 281 to a bedroom fire. We arrived second to Porirua 317 (its their area) to find minor fire damage in a bedroom caused by a steam iron, which had burned out.
16	26 January	0:34	Main Trunk Line, 1km north of Porirua	Called with Porirua 317 to a person electrocuted on the roof of a passenger unit. When the train was located it was much closer to Porirua than initially reported, so Plimmerton was stood down and Porirua 311 turned out instead.
15	25 January	14:51	Adjacent to main trunk railway line, 500m south of Pukerua Bay	Called to a Scrub fire at the same location as call 14. Upon arrival the same area of scrub was discovered to be alight. Train services were halted and Porirua 311 was called to provide additional water to extinguish the blaze. The cause is a bit of a mystery... it looked like a reignition from the previous fire, but after three days?! Still, it's VERY dry out there.
14	22 January	21:17	Adjacent to main trunk railway line, 500m south of Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 311 to a "large scrub fire". On arrival found approximately 25 square metre area of scrub on fire adjacent to railway lines. After liasing with train control to have the track closed we extinguished the fire with two HP deliveries using 311 for water relay.
13	22 January	08:05	SH1, North of Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 311 to a scrub fire next to State Highway One. On arrival found a large fire with very poor access. Upgraded to second alarm. Eventually extinguished fire with two helicopters, Paekakariki 361 and 362, Porirua 311 and 317, City Command Vehicle, and the Hutt and Wellington Rural Fire Forces. This fire foced the closure of both State Highway One and the main trunk railway line for most of the next four hours. More details are available in our Press Release.
12	20 January	21:16	Pukerua Bay Beach, Pukerua Bay	Called to a illegal fire on Pukerua Bay Beach. Put out with one high pressure hose reel.
11	20 January	08:03	Paremata Cres, Papakowhai	Called to an alarm activation at a rest home with appliances from Porirua (311 & 317). Investigation revealed a defective alarm.
10	19 January	21:50	Goat Point beach, Plimmerton	Called to illegal bonfire on beach (contravening both the current total fire ban and ordinary PCC after-dark fire regulations). Extinguished with buckets and spades.
9	19 January	10:04	Acheron Road, Mana	Called with Porirua 311 to a smell of smoke in a block of flats. Plimmerton 351 was turned out after a long delay due to control room error. On arrival smoke was traced to a burning ballast transformer in a fluorescent light. Isolated electricity and investigated further. No further action was necessary.
8	16 January	20:01	Mana Esplanade, Paremata	Called with Porirua 311 to a restaurant alarm activation. Alarm was set off by Kitchen cooking. No action taken.
7	16 January	12:04	SH1, Paremata Roundabout	Called with Porirua 317 to a car fire south of the Paremata roundabout. Fire had been extinguished by driver before our arrival.
6	13 January	23:01	SH58, Whitby	Called to smell of gas in a house. On arrival found nothing. No action taken.
5	12 January	20:54	Moana Rd, Plimmerton	Called with Porirua 317 and Hutt 4115 to an unkownen gas smell in house. On arrival we found that it was just a blocked drain. We called the assistance of the Dangerous Goods Inspector just to make sure that it was a blocked drain.
4	8 January	11:07	Ocean Parade, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 311 to a bon fire. On arrival we found out that it was a native cooking fire. No action was taken, as the fire was seen to be safe.
3	4 January	18:58	State Highway One, Taupo Swamp	Called to truck fire by police direct line. While en route this was ammended to van fire. When no van fire could be found, police control reported that it had been driven off before our arrival (!). We eventually located the vehicle and found that an oil leak onto the engine had caused smoke, but not damaged the vehicle. No action taken by brigade.
2	2 January	17:03	Takutai Road, Pukerua Bay	Called to smoke in the area. Found legal incinerator fire, which was extinguished by property owner.
1	1 January	14:00	Seavista Drive, Pukerua Bay	Called to smoke in the area. Found illegal bonfire and extinguished with one high pressure hosereel after discussion with property owner.
