178	26 December	17:10	500m north of weigh station, SH1	One vehicle motor vehicle accident in the same location as Call 177 below. The driver of the vehicle and two passengers (including a baby) were injured. We secured the scene, washed away spilled fuel and assisted tow truck. One firefighter (Chris Dalton) received minor cuts while attempting to turn off the overturned vehicle's ignition and was treated on scene by ambulance personnel.

165	29 November	01:09	Ngatitoa Domain	Called with Porirua 311 to a building fire. On arrival found out that it was only a rubbish bin on fire. Put out with high pressure hosereel by 311.
164	25 November	14:54	SH1, Pukerua Bay	Called with Porirua 311 to a scrub fire. On arrival found controlled bonfire behind trees adjacent to SH1. Spoke with property owner who had a permit from Porirua City Council. No further action taken.
163	25 November	12:48	Bodmin Terrace, Camborne	Called with Porirua 311 to a microwave oven on fire in a residential house. On arrival found that the contents (popcorn in a cardboard box) had ignited and gone out spontaneously. Investigation only.
162	24 November	15:36	Harbour View Rest Home, Papakowhai	Called again as below. Once again found alarm had been activated by maintenance worker.
161	24 November	15:11	Harbour View Rest Home, Papakowhai	Called with Porirua 311,317 to a sprinkler activation. Nothing showing, alarm traced to accidental activation by alarm maintenance worker.
160	24 November	07:30	Mana View Road, Plimmerton	Called with Porirua 311 by multiple 111 calls to an unkown type of fire. Found a large bonfire which had received a permit from the Porirua City Council. After discussion with the people controlling it no further action was taken.
159	22 November	16:50	Muri Railway Station, Pukerua Bay	Returned to reignition of call 158. Extinguished with LP delivery as below. Working with Transrail workers, traced cause to a large amount of red-hot metal dust shed from passing train wheels or brakes. Arranged for fallen pine needles to be removed from track to prevent recurrance.
158	22 November	14:18	Muri railway station, Pukerua Bay	Called via station phone to pine needles on fire at Muri railway station, smoke and fire showing. Extingished with one delivery of 7 lenghs of 45mm hose.
157	21 November	12:21	Paremata Roundabout, SH1	Called to a car fire to backup Porirua 311 (it's in their district). They got there first and K28'd us (turned us back since they had the fire under control).

147	1 November	12:45	Seacat Terminal, SH1	Fire alarm activation. Arrived with Porirua 311 to find evacuation completed. Traced to heat detector in kitchen, triggered by accident.
